After starring in the hit Disney Channel show “Lizzie McGuire” and releasing two top-selling albums while still in her teens, Hilary Duff probably thought she had the market on precociousness cornered. But Ms. Duff, 21, right, has nothing on Kathleen Holtz, who in 2007 at age 18 became the youngest person to pass the California bar exam. Now Ms. Duff will play Ms. Holtz in a Fox sitcom, “Barely Legal,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
